At Desert Woman Botanicals, each product is made with care, inspired by the beauty and resilience of the desert. We want every order to feel like a little piece of that magic arriving at your door. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

Returns & Exchanges

We happily accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you.

What Can’t Be Returned

Because our creations are natural, handmade, and crafted in small batches, we can’t accept returns on:

Opened or used products

Custom blends or special orders

Sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

Email us at liorah@desertwoman.net with your order number, what you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll send you an update. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item.
